All our molds are verified according to rigorous international standards. Once a mold is made and qualified, it is employed in one of our 300 specialized machines from Europe and Japan. 2 Shot Molding is an ideal process for complex, multi-material, and multi-colored plastic products; specifically in high-volume production scenarios.

Extrusion Blow Molding is a common blow molding technology used to process many different plastics, and very common with bottles requiring multi-layer technologies to improve product compatibility & stability.

For multipurpose container molding that depends on precision heat conditioning, we offer a unique injection stretch blow molding (ISBM) technology.

Customized labeling and decoration can be easily incorporated into the injection-molding process through our in-mold labeling (IML) services.
